Paul-René Albertini
After a 25-year executive career in the music industry’s majors [Head of Sony Music France and Europe, Chairman and CEO of Warner Music International, Director of Warner Music Group], Paul-René co-founded the Startupbootcamp chapter in Israel, as well as London-based music company, Marathon Music Group. His expertise in managing large ventures and establishing development strategies for new ones has laid the foundation of Sushi Venture Partners.

Alain Levy
Alain moved in 1984 from CBS to PolyGram as CEO of its French operations. In 1991, he was appointed worldwide President and CEO of PolyGram. Under Alain’s tenure, PolyGram became the number one music company in the world and remained in this position until 1998 when the company was sold to Seagram. Beginning in 1993, Levy led the company’s expansion into the worldwide movie business with the establishment of PolyGram Filmed Entertainment which produced and distributed films such as Four Weddings and a Funeral, Trainspotting, Bean, Fargo and Dead Man Walking. After leaving PolyGram in 1998, Levy consulted and made seed investments in a number of different media companies and also joined EMI Music as chairman and CEO in October 2001. Alain sits on the advisory board of Schroders Ventures in the US.

Tanguy Giraud
Tanguy runs the Music Tech accelerator Marathon LABs and oversees the recorded music operations of Marathon Music Group. Prior to that, he advised a London-based VC firm on music investments and innovation. Before living in London, he was based in New York where he worked for independent labels. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master in Music Business from New York University. His main focus is scouting for innovators redefining the music ecosystem.

Alexandra Craissati
Alexandra serves as Program Coordinator at Marathon LABs, managing the day-to-day operations and overseeing the program throughout its duration. Previous experience centres around digital innovation and business development within the music and podcasting industries in both the U.K. and U.S. markets. She attended The University of Florida where she earned a B.A. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Federico Bolza
Fred is a strategist who works at the intersection of culture, technology and people. He has over 20 years of experience in strategy, having worked initially as a Management Consultant then as Strategy Director at PRS for Music, and finally, as VP Strategy at Sony Music. Since he left Sony 3 years ago, he has launched his own music company New Soil focusing on emerging UK jazz talent, started an artisanal reissue label called Tapestry Works and continues to provide advisory services across music, digital and technology to a range of clients. He is Chair and Trustee of the Abram Wilson Foundation, on the advisory board of One Question and a scale partner at Multiple.

Alaister Moughan
Over the last decade Alaister has lived in the United States, the United Kingdom and New Zealand working for the likes of INgrooves Music Publishing, Universal Music International and 23 Capital. Since late 2020 Alaister has advised in the music catalogue space via his consulting company Moghan Music working directly with artists and songwriters, as well as advising for high profile catalogue acquirers. He provided valuations on catalogues ranging from multi-million dollar individual artist and songwriter catalogues to much larger institution deals of up to $US300m. His extensive career and academic background in law, finance and management, which comprises a Masters in Music Business from NYU Steinhardt following a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Commerce (Majoring in Accounting) from the University of Auckland, has shaped his unique understanding of the professional landscape.
