Why shouldn't every festival or music event have their own app?
That's the premise behind Festyvent, a platform designed for event organisers and attendees to ensure that "Festivals and Events are engaging from the outset, captivating when they are happening and memorable forever."
Festyvent enhances the artist-spectator relationship by allowing organisers to create their own, unique apps curated precisely for their event's purpose.
Organisers receive valuable audience insights and data. They are able to effectively connect with their attendees before, during and after their event. That means seeing how and where one's space is being used and what performances fans is planning on seeing and experiencing. The app also offers exciting possibilities for sponsors, such as location-activated promotional services around the event space as well as bespoke outreach opportunities embedded throughout the app.
For event goers, Festyvent allows them to keep track of where they are with its event maps, find out where their favourite acts are playing with its built in schedules that connect to reminders or calendar on your phone, and connect to social media platforms to post their best photos straight from the event app.
Since January, Festyvent’s team have been developing pilots with artists, music managers and festival via MarathonArtists LABs. They are currently the official app for Wolf Alice’s international tour and will present new partnerships at MarathonArtists LABs demo day.
